With effect from 01 April each year, we will increase the Access Fees. Such increase will be in line with the RPI rate and/or the CPI rate published in January of the relevant year plus any supplier increased rates where the increased supplier rates exceed the RPI or CPI published rates.
The rate increase from April 1st 2024 will be 9.9% across all products.
We shall provide you with not less than [30] Business Days' notice on your regular monthly service invoices of the proposed increase.
